How EFT Supports an Ageless Lifestyle

An ageless lifestyle is about possessing optimal health, mind-body-spirit coherence, and exuding a timeless way of being.

EFT (emotional freedom techniques) is a fast and gentle way to discharge emotional distress, traumatic memories, and negative thoughts. It can also help in physical problems that have an emotional cause.

EFT helps maintain an ageless lifestyle in three significant ways.

  • It decreases emotional and physical stress of everyday life.

  • It helps prevent the subsequent toll of that stress on your physical, mental, and spiritual states of being.

  • EFT also can reinforce positive thoughts, beliefs, and ways of behaving that keep you motivated and living your best life.

How does EFT work?

Think of EFT as emotional acupuncture. Just like acupuncture, EFT uses the Chinese energy meridian system, but instead of needles, it uses finger tapping. The finger tapping sends a pulse of piezoelectric charge through your energy meridians to discharge and clear the “energy block” (the specific thing you’re tapping on).

I have used EFT for over 2 years and can confidently say it is one of my “go-to” tools that keeps me feeling good, positive, and ageless.

EFT helps to release emotional stress.

Emotional stress can come from your work, family, and past experiences that may still haunt you today. Imagine if you had a way to “let go” of the stuff that brings you down? Don’t you think you would be a healthier and happier person?

In a matter of minutes you could be less stressed. That’s how fast EFT works. Some issues may take longer, but in general, you can feel immediate relief from whatever is bothering you. What does immediate relief spell for you?

These statements, if true for you, will  support your healthy lifestyle, but for many — saying them invariably means there is a ‘but’ that comes right after.

I choose to eat healthy food, but…

I enjoy being physically active, but…

The words that follow the conjunction “but” is generally the reason that you aren’t achieving what you set out to do and living the kind of life you want. And thinking and repeating these positive statements — as countless books and motivational gurus have told us to do — will not make them any truer. The “but” of the statement is why people come up short. Just ‘thinking positive’ doesn’t get the job done.

However, what if you could delete the “but” and the limiting thoughts that follow it from your mental dialogue? How much more effective will you be at staying true to your beliefs? Exactly. Your success rate would improve. (Let the good times roll!)

EFT can help remove the “but” so that all you have is the unwavering positive belief. It does this in the same way it rids you of your emotional distress, traumatic memories, and negative thoughts — it discharges the block in your energy meridian.
