Confessions of a Late Bloomer

I was that girl who when everybody was filling out, I was feeling left out. (Being too skinny with a big head did not help either.)

I was that woman who went to finish her college degree at thirty-something. (I didn’t know what I wanted in life.)

It wasn’t until my mid-thirties that I truly found my voice, grace, and confidence.

I am a late bloomer. But, thank god for that.

I realize that my life could not have happened any other way. My journey from then until now had to happen exactly as it played out—sequential if you will—in order for me to become the woman I am today.

A story is thought cliché because it’s been told so many times before, but the reason we know the plot so well is because it  happens to so many of us.

I had to lose my voice to find it.

I had to lose my grace to discover it.

I had to lose my confidence to reclaim it.

All of this had to happen in order for me to be a teacher of it.

I teach what I know and I am supremely qualified to teach what I teach—ageless living.

Ageless living encompasses physical, mental, and spirit well-being.

The foundation of an ageless existence is a spiritual connection—a life based on love and connection to all things.

I love teaching how to nurture this connection because through learning this, a person finds their purpose, grace, and confidence.  And the pursuit of all that helps them discover real joy, fulfillment, and a timeless way of being.

I invite you to view my flagship course – How to Be Lovely and Ageless.

In it you will find a holistic approach to mind, body, and spirit wellness. You will be inspired by the words of Audrey Hepburn (A woman who personified grace and confidence) and learn ageless living and beauty techniques to look and feel your best.

Imagine the impact on the world when more women uncover their grace and discover their confidence. (Sign me up for that reality because you know stuff is gonna get done!)
