Keeping your skin healthy and reducing the signs of fine lines and wrinkles requires that you have a good skin care routine.

Your daily routine should include cleansing, moisturizing, and protecting your face from UV rays, dirt, bacteria, as well as fine lines and wrinkles. Consider products that contain Vitamin E, as it can help protect your face.

Vitamin E Oil as a Cleanser

Many are unaware that you can use Vitamin E oil as a cleanser to remove dirt, bacteria, and dead skin cells.

Dirt and bacteria can come from environmental pollutants, while dead skin cells are on the surface layer of your skin. Both may cause your complexion to appear dull. They may also clog skin pores which will lead to skin irritations, pimples, and acne.

Use cleansers with Vitamin E oil or create your own. Mix a few drops of Vitamin E oil with a pinch of sugar and gently exfoliate the face.

Vitamin E as a Moisturizer

Vitamin E is an excellent moisturizer that will help keep your skin hydrated by locking in moisture. It will improve your skin’s elasticity and supplement. While it can be used on all skin types, it is especially beneficial to dry skin.

Apply regularly and you will enjoy softer skin with reduced fine lines and wrinkles. You can use Vitamin E oil in its purest form or you can choose one of the many moisturizing products on the market that contain Vitamin E.

Not all Vitamin E moisturizers are created equal so make sure you read the labels and do your research.

Vitamin E has Anti-Aging Benefits

As you age, your collagen production slows, as does your cell turnover. This leads to a loss in your skin’s elasticity and firmness. Aging can be made worse as a result of pollution, sun exposure and poor diet leading to fine lines, wrinkles, and even sagging.

Vitamin E is known as a powerful antioxidant that has the ability to fight the damage of free radicals. When you apply Vitamin E to your face on a regular basis, it can fight the signs of aging, smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles and stopping new ones from occurring.

1x a week I mix one capsule of Vitamin E oil with a few drops of olive oil for a deep moisturizing facial treatment. I like to do this Friday evening after a long week. I exfoliate my face to remove any dead skin cells that may clog my pores, then I apply the oil combination on slightly damp skin and go to bed. In the morning my face feels nourished, supple, and looks vibrant!

Vitamin E benefits your skin making it tight, firm, and looking years younger.

Vitamin E Offers Protection to Your Skin

Sun exposure can cause a number of skin conditions such as dryness, redness, freckles, skin tags, age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, and skin cancer. To ensure the sun does not damage your skin, you should always wear sunscreen.

You might be surprised to learn that Vitamin E oil can provide protection from the ultraviolet rays. However, it’s better if the Vitamin E is actually in a sunscreen product.

It should contain at least 1 percent Vitamin E to be most effective. If you are using Vitamin E oil or a sunscreen product that contains Vitamin E you will need to give it 20 minutes or longer to be properly absorbed to be effective.

Vitamin E for Your Nails and Hair

In addition to making your skin look fantastic, Vitamin E can be very beneficial on your hair and nails. You can apply Vitamin E oil directly to your nails to help them grow faster and stay healthier.

As we already mentioned, Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant and so shampoos and conditioners with Vitamin E can repair split ends and damage from blow drying, coloring, curling, or straightening.

Vitamin E is a powerful beauty agent that we should all put to use.
