Today we are more conscious about what we want in our beauty and anti-aging products. We know the harmful effects of toxic chemicals, such as parabens and sulfates.

Parabens have been found in various cancer cells and sulfates are not “bad” when used correctly, but are harsh and can irritate the skin, causing dryness and blemishes.

That’s why it’s wonderful to know we can look to mother nature for our beauty needs. Natural products are gentler to the skin and over-all health of the body.

The avocado is definitely a natural fruit that packs a heck of a punch when it comes to beauty and anti-aging benefits. This pear shaped fruit has long been known for its beauty benefits around the world.
